The Bluebonnet Program Center provides meeting and program opportunities for girls and adults in the Northeast counties of Girl Scouts of Central Texas. The building has a conference room that can accommodate up to 20 guests.

The program center is used to house administrative offices, host trainings and girl programs and is available for troop and service unit meetings. Amenities include a small conference room, kitchen with sink, refrigerator, microwave and small ice maker but no stove. There are two restrooms.
